Job brief

• Assist in managing online stores (product listing, pricing, descriptions)
• Support order processing, customer inquiries, and coordination
• Help in market research & competitor analysis
• Assist in digital marketing activities (social media, promotions, campaigns)
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior
• Support daily e-commerce operations and reporting

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience
• Bachelor’s students or fresh graduates (Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields)
• Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Passion for online business & digital growth
